Break out the chopsticks and roll out the sushi! Prepare sushi rice, learn new knife techniques with fish and veggies, and all the tricks to make gorgeous sushi rolls! Inside-out rolls, rainbow rolls, and many other out-of-the ordinary treats.

  • We have loads of different seafood including tuna, salmon, scallops & roe to play with.
  • Lots of veggie choices, too! Mochi for dessert.
