Food has always been a huge part of Brian's Life Story. His Grandmother helped to open one of the first Chinese restaurants in Chicago. His Aunt is an NPR food personality, and culture contributor to the Chicago Tribune. Brian himself has always loved cooking, and butchering -he's butchered 300lb heritage Berkshire pigs to make charcuterie, ramen broth, and other porky treats. Brian claims to be related to Takeru Kobayashi, world-record competitive eater, whom we'd gladly take on if Brian's charcuterie is on the table!
