Hi Cooks!

Summer is in the air, the markets are bursting with beautiful veggies, hey - what a better time to learn about eating healthy with delicious, colorful food?  Hurrah!

A few announcements:

1.  The July and August schedules are up!  Check out http://www.hipcooks.com
I left the end of August open for your suggestions, so let's fill it!

2.  HipLunches are back!  Beginning July 23rd, Cyn and I will be once again serving it up here at the test kitchen with $15 three-course lunches for you.  We'll tempt your tummies upon our return with  lobster salad with an apricot vinaigrette, lemon risotto with shaved fennel, and a white chocolate cake with raspberries.  See HipLunches at www.hipcooks.com to make a reservation.

3.  By popular demand (see, I listen!) Two new classes at Hipcooks!  Send me an email if you are interested in either of these classes and I can try to schedule them sooner than August.

Sick of eating yucky, bad for you and expensive cafeteria food?  I'll shop the farmer's market on Sunday morning for ingredients and we'll meet that afternoon to cook what will feed you lunch for the rest of the week!   I'll supply the tupperware, you bring the willpower not to eat all your lunches before Friday!  See

Your just  desserts
That's right, I've got your sweet tooth with this just desserts class.  The most sublime chocolate cake, ever.
Caramel baskets filled with chocolate covered, cream stuffed profiteroles.  The most beautiful lemon tart, 3 different kinds of Truffles.


As always, girt certificates are available, as are private classes upon request.
